We come to you with over 30 years of professional experience, expertise and training in both civil and criminal cases, Single Joint Expert (SJE) appointments, fleet transportation and engineering maintenance, failure analysis, fire investigation, loss management, quality control and proactive management.

We have testified as expert witness in numerous cases in both the Subordinate Court and the High Court. 

We have undertaken jobs, research and studies in Singapore, Malaysia, Middle East, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Mongolia, Australia, USA and UK.  Our clients include the traffic police, insurance companies, legal firms and interested individuals.

 

Who We Are

Our Principal Consultant is Er. Kelvin Koay, whose qualifications include being a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore, Chartered Engineer – Mechanical in UK and Chartered Professional Engineer in Australia. 

He is a professional traffic accident reconstructionist certified by the world renowned establishment, the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction in USA.
